The menudoqr.com website and menudoQR platform provide tools for creating, publishing and managing digital menus for hospitality businesses.

This notice governs access to and use of the public website, digital menus, dashboard and other menudoQR features. By using the service, you accept the terms in force. Certain features, plans or integrations may be subject to specific terms presented during purchase.

You agree to use menudoQR lawfully, diligently and with respect for third-party rights. You must not:

• Publish unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data without authorisation.
• Interfere with the platform's security, availability or operation.
• Use the service to distribute malicious code or fraudulent information.

The account holder must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and report unauthorised access. The restaurant is responsible for published content, including products, prices, allergens, images and opening hours.

Paid plans are billed at the stated frequency. Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. Although we work to keep the service available, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed during maintenance, technical incidents or events outside our control.

The menudoQR brand, design, software, text and interfaces are protected by applicable law. Restaurants retain the rights to the content they add and confirm that they have the necessary permission to publish it.

menudoQR provides a technology tool. Each restaurant is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its menu, prices, availability, orders, reservations and customer communications.
