The menudoqr.com website and MenudoQR platform provide tools for creating, publishing and managing digital menus for restaurants and hospitality businesses.

This notice governs access to, navigation of and use of the public website, digital menus, dashboard and other MenudoQR features. By using the service, you accept the terms in force at that time.

Certain features, plans or integrations may also be subject to specific terms presented during purchase or activation.

You agree to use MenudoQR lawfully, diligently and with respect for third-party rights. You must not:

• Publish unlawful, misleading or discriminatory content, or content that infringes intellectual property, image or privacy rights.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data without authorisation.
• Interfere with the platform's security, availability or operation.
• Use the service to distribute malicious code, unsolicited communications or fraudulent information.

MenudoQR may restrict or suspend access where there are reasonable indications of abuse, a security risk or a breach of these conditions.

The account holder must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and report unauthorised access. The restaurant is responsible for published content, including products, prices, allergens, images, opening hours and commercial conditions.

Paid plans are billed at the frequency shown during purchase. Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. Current financial conditions appear on the pricing page and before confirmation.

Although we work to keep the platform available and up to date, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed during maintenance, technical incidents or events outside our control.

The MenudoQR brand, design, software, text, interfaces and proprietary graphic elements are protected by applicable law. Access does not grant rights to exploit, reproduce or distribute them beyond what is required to use the service.

Restaurants retain the rights to the content they add and confirm that they have the necessary permission to publish it. By uploading content, they grant MenudoQR a limited licence to host, process and display it to provide the service.

MenudoQR provides a technology tool and does not review all information published by restaurants in advance. Each restaurant is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its menu, prices, availability, orders and customer communications.

To the extent permitted by law, MenudoQR is not liable for damage arising from use contrary to these conditions, third-party failures, unavoidable interruptions or decisions based solely on content published by a restaurant.

The platform may link to or integrate with third-party hosting, payment, email or infrastructure services. Those services are also governed by their own terms and policies. MenudoQR does not control content on external websites.

This notice is governed by applicable Spanish and European law, including rules on information society services, consumers, intellectual property and data protection.
